Terms & Club Rules
These are the house rules for visiting GAME OUTPOST PC CLUB. Booking a seat or walking in means you agree to them. They exist to keep each floor sounding the way it promises — loud where it should be, quiet where it counts.
Hours and booking
The club runs midday to midnight on weeknights and Sunday, and through the night block on Friday and Saturday. The ground floor and the attic stay open across the night hours; the mezzanine may close earlier on quiet nights. You can reserve a level through the booking form or take the next open seat on arrival. We hold a booked seat for fifteen minutes past the start time before releasing it. Cancel or change a booking by replying to your confirmation — there's no charge to do so.
The whisper rule and floor conduct
Each floor has a sound level, and honouring it is the one rule we enforce most. The attic (L3) is whisper-only for voice; the mezzanine (L2) is a normal indoor voice; the ground floor (L1) is where loud belongs. Staff may ask you to lower your voice or move to a floor that fits your session. Treat other members with basic respect: no harassment, no filming people without asking, and no blocking walkways or the staircase.
Equipment and the stairs
Stations, chairs, and headsets are shared property. Report a fault instead of forcing it, don't unplug or re-cable a rig, and don't install software that survives a session — machines reset between visits. Food and open drinks stay at the counter and lounge, not at the stations. The building is reached by one staircase with no elevator; use the handrails, mind the lit steps, and don't run the flights.
Fair use and liability
A booked seat is for the person who booked it and their session; don't hold a station you aren't using. Mind your own belongings — the club isn't responsible for items left unattended on any floor. We may end a session without refund for anyone who ignores the floor rules, damages equipment on purpose, or makes the club unsafe for others. This is a place for games and community, nothing more.
Changes
We may update these rules as the club grows — new floors settle, hours shift, habits change. The current version always lives here. Keep an eye on it if you visit often, and ask staff if anything is unclear before you climb.
