Nothing here arrives in a box. GAME OUTPOST sells time on a station across three floors in Neuquén, so "delivery" only means how your booking and any prepaid pass reach you — all of it digital, all of it instant.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or post hardware, and there is no courier or tracking number. What you buy is access to a seat, redeemed on the floor at Av. Argentina 250.
Your booking confirmation
Send the booking form and we email a confirmation to the address you gave — your level, date and block. It usually lands within a few minutes. If it does not, check the spam folder and call the counter; the floor is held either way once the form is through.
Prepaid passes
A prepaid bundle of hours is issued as a code tied to your name and email, sent the same way — by email, right after purchase. Quote the code or your name at the counter and we load it onto your session. Nothing needs to arrive in the post first.
If something goes missing
No confirmation, wrong level, a code that will not load — tell the counter at +54 9 299 587-1234 and we fix it on the spot. Because it is all digital, there is nothing to reship; we simply resend or correct the record.
